Truly the grandest of all the sushi boards, this piece exceeds the rest in size, amenity, and detail. There's a lot going on in this serving tray, so we'll start with the central piece of Zebrawood and its uniquely gorgeous grain signature. Recessed into it are two included 3" square ceramic sauce dishes to accommodate your wasabi, ginger root, or whatever else pleases the palette.
Separated from the Zebrawood via thin Bloodwood strips, the softly figured tapered wings of Hard Rock Maple have twin full length chopstick grooves milled in.
Hand machined solid brushed aluminum feet with recessed non-marking rubber feet set this board in an elegant low slung stance and is sure to be the centerpiece of your next sushi party! Whether you use this as a serving dish, or getting in close with a few friends, there's chopsticks for all with the 4 pair of INCLUDED chopsticks (may vary based on availability)

Also, a strong joint should not rely on glue alone! All DPCustoms boards feature redundant internal joinery such as splines, dovetails, biscuits or pins to ensure strength and longevity. This is an extra step skipped by many makers, and you should always inquire about this before purchasing cheaper wares.
